Dry Aged Beef
If you enjoy classic dry-aged beef flavor, our Dry Aged USDA Choice Bone-In Rib Steaks are the perfect choice for you!
These highly-marbled Midwestern Angus beef ribs are carefully dry-aged for 21 days before we cut them into bone-in rib steaks. A savory, brown-butter type flavor and special tenderness is imparted to the beef while it ages.
To bring out the best in these steaks, we do recommend pan-searing them instead of grilling. We think the subtle flavor notes come out best when the steak is able to cook in it’s own juices instead of over an open grill!

Bacon Ranch Burgers
