Fish usually goes with crisp, light white wines, but tuna is a little bit different. It has firm red meat and rich flavor that would overpower lighter wines. Tuna (especially off the grill) requires something with a bit more body in a wine pairing. We’ll be tasting five wines that meet the bill perfectly. Here’s the list:
Pacific Rim Dry Riesling – $9.99
Kim Crawford Rose – $14.99
Casillero del Diablo Pinot Noir – $9.99
Migration Pinot Noir – $35.99
Enza Prosecco – $12.99
The tasting is free and all the wines will be 10% on Saturday. Stop by, give them a try and enjoy. Join this event to get updates on the wines and for reminders about the event!
