Sometimes it’s not an option to buy a huge rib roast to feed your guests, and when properly prepared, sirloin steaks are an excellent choice to feed a crowd. During the presentation, Nick will cover:

• How to prepare sirloin steaks to taste their best.
• how to serve sirloin steaks for a large group.
