During the tasting, you’ll get to meet Hill Valley Dairy LLC’s cheesemaker and owner Ron. He will be offering you samples of some of his delicious cheeses, including new-to-retail releases of Alpine and Aged Gouda. Joining Ron will be Lake Geneva Country Meats wine expert Nick. Nick will have wines paired to go with Ron’s cheeses. Try just the cheese, or just the wine, if you like, but we’re excited for the pairings!
