Ordering Details:

• Online orders only: We ask that you please place your order exclusively through our website so we can make sure you are properly notified when your order is ready.
• Custom-cut freshness: We prepare your bundle after you order to ensure maximum freshness. We are not using old frozen meat!
• Pickup notifications: You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup. We anticipate the first round of bundles will be ready to pick up the week of October 14th.
• No substitutions or custom requests: We can discount this bundle by carefully selecting the cuts we offer and working in a streamlined fashion. Therefore, we are unable to offer substitutions for the bundle.
• No refunds once your order is filled: After your order is filled, we cannot offer a refund. If you need a refund after you order, but before your order is filled, we can accommodate that request with an 8% processing charge to cover our credit card costs.
• Pickup deadline: Please pick up your bundle by December 15th, 2024. All bundles not picked up by that date will be donated to a local food pantry.
