Spring Cleaning Freezer Box

It’s been a long winter, and an even longer spring, but summer is almost here, and we need to clean out space in our freezers for all of the animals we are going to process for local farmers this summer.

That means we need to get rid of some of the steaks, chops, and other cuts we’ve accumulated the past few months. These chops and steaks are perfectly good quality and have been kept safe and sound in our freezers. We just need them to move to a new, better home!

To get these cuts into a better (your!) home, we’re offering a limited number of pre-made bundles at a steeply reduced price. All of these bundles are worth at least $200 at normal retail price, but the exact weights (and retail price) in each bundle will vary.

The items are wrapped individually (except the pork chops, which are wrapped in multiples), and labeled inside the bundle box. Each bundle contains:

• 4 Beef T-Bone Steaks, cut at approximately 1″ thick.
• 4 Beef New York Strip Steaks, cut at approximately 1″ thick.
• 1 Beef Porterhouse Steak, cut at approximately 1″ thick.
• 1 Beef Tenderloin Filet, cut at approximately 1.5″ thick.
• 1 Boneless Beef Chuck Roast, approximately 3 – 4 pounds.
• 8 Bone-In Pork Chops, cut at 1/2″ thick.
• 1 Boneless Pork Butt Roast, approximately 3 pounds.

These frozen bundles must be picked up in our store before June 5th, 2022, or they will be donated to a local food pantry, and you will not receive a refund. No substitutions are available, and quantities are limited. Multiple boxes may be purchased.
