USDA Prime Dry Aged Steak Bundle

New this year, we wanted to give you the opportunity to stock up on some of the best beef possible – USDA Prime Dry Aged Beef! When you purchase this bundle, you will get all of the steaks from a 21+ day dry aged USDA Prime Short Loin. We think you’ll love the incredibly rich flavor and tenderness of these steaks. This bundle is priced at $285, and only 15 of these bundles are available, so order quickly!

This bundle includes all of the steaks from a short loin, quantities and thickness will vary about, but this is approximately what you can expect:

• 3 porterhouse steaks.
• 5 t-bone steaks.
• 1 club steak.

In addition, we’re happy to offer an optional add-on seasoning package for you to use to season beef chicken a discount over normal retail pricing. Note – there is a limit of one seasoning add on per bundle order. The seasoning optional add-ons package includes:

• 1 bottle LGCM Ultimate Steak & Roast Rub – a versatile every day rub for burgers, roasts, steaks, and more!
• 1 bottle Second City Prime “The Rub” – a blend of zesty garlic-pepper, rich with exotic porcini mushrooms and tellicherry peppers. Brings a ton of flavor to steaks and burgers with a larger particle definition than our Ultimate Steak & Roast Rub.
• 1 bottle Urban Accents Argentina Steak Rub – a South American chimichurri blend with garlic, onion, parsley and spices accented with a citrus lemon touch is an updated version of a classic Argentinean blend. It’s amazing on grilled steak and vegetables.
• This add on option is $14 – about 15% savings compared to normal retail.

There are important terms and conditions to know about buying a package through our Winter Bundle Sale. Please read these before buying:

• There are no substitutions allowed in this bundle.
• All weights, sizes, and savings are approximate, as each cut of meat will vary in weight and size.
• These bundles are available frozen only.
• Orders must be placed before February 28th, 2021. We will begin filling orders the first week of March. We will contact you via email to let you know that your bundle is ready for pick up.
• There are no refunds or order alterations after February 28th.
• You must pick these bundles up at the Lake Geneva Country Meats retail store before Monday, May 16th. If you don’t pick up your bundle at this time, we will donate it to a local food pantry, and you will not receive a refund.
