• 5 lbs of Ground Beef – Packaged in 1 lb shirrs.
• 1 Sirloin Tip Roast – 3 lbs, perfect for slow cooking.
• 8 New York Strip Steaks – each 1” thick, totaling 6 lbs, wrapped 2 per package.
• 2 Top Butt Steaks – each 1” thick, totaling 2.5 lbs, wrapped 1 per package.

Pork

• 4 lbs of Boneless Pork Chops – 3/4” thick, wrapped 4 per package.
• 2 Boneless Pork Shoulders – 3 lbs each, wrapped 1 per package.
• 5 lbs of Bacon – Vacuum-sealed in 1 lb packages.

Chicken

There are important terms and conditions to know about buying a package through our Winter Bundle Sale. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these before buying:

• There are no substitutions allowed in this bundle.
• All weights, sizes, and savings are approximate, as each cut of meat will vary in weight and size.
• These bundles are available frozen only.
• Orders must be placed before March 23rd, 2025. We will begin filling orders the second week of March. We will contact you via email to let you know that your bundle is ready for pick up.
• There are no refunds or order alterations after March 23rd.
• You must pick these bundles up at the Lake Geneva Country Meats retail store before Sunday, May 11th. If you don’t pick up your bundle at this time, we will donate it to a local food pantry, and you will not receive a refund.
