For just $390, you’ll take home 40 pounds of premium beef, regularly priced at over $430—that’s a 10% discount or $40 savings on some of the best cuts we offer!

What’s Included in the Bundle?

You’ll receive a mix of steaks, roasts, and ground beef, all conveniently portioned and wrapped for easy storage:

Steaks for the Grill or Pan

• 4 Bone-In Rib Steaks – 1” thick, totaling at least 4 lbs, wrapped 2 per package.
• 8 New York Strip Steaks – 1” thick, totaling at least 6 lbs, wrapped 2 per package.
• 2 Top Butt Steaks – 1” thick, totaling at least 2.5 lbs, wrapped individually.

Roasts for Slow Cooking or Roasting

• 2 Boneless Chuck Roasts – Approximately 3 lbs each, wrapped individually. (Total: 6 lbs)
• 2 Sirloin Tip Roasts – Approximately 3 lbs each, wrapped individually. (Total: 6 lbs)

Ground Beef & Versatile Cuts

• 10 lbs of Ground Beef – Packaged in 1 lb shirrs for easy meal planning.
• 4 lbs of Stew Meat – Wrapped in 2 lb packages for hearty soups and stews.

Budget & Storage Details

• Pick up in 3 – 5 weeks – we will email you when your order is ready for pickup.
• Total Take-Home Weight: A minimum of 40 lbs
• Price Per Pound: $9.75/lb (on sale)
• Double butcher paper wrapped (except for ground beef) for freezer storage up to a year.

There are important terms and conditions to know about buying a package through our Winter Bundle Sale. By purchasing, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read these before buying:

• There are no substitutions allowed in this bundle.
• All weights, sizes, and savings are approximate, as each cut of meat will vary in weight and size.
• These bundles are available frozen only.
• Orders must be placed before March 23rd, 2025. We will begin filling orders the second week of March. We will contact you via email to let you know that your bundle is ready for pick up.
• There are no refunds or order alterations after March 23rd.
• You must pick these bundles up at the Lake Geneva Country Meats retail store before Sunday, May 11th. If you don’t pick up your bundle at this time, we will donate it to a local food pantry, and you will not receive a refund.
