Pork Shoulders make for delicious pulled pork! These well marbled cuts of Pork come form darker meat and are sometimes known as “Boston Butts” and we’ll call them Pork Butts when we put them in our case. These are available as either a bone-in or boneless cut, whichever you prefer. Just ask!
