Mmmmm…Pork Tenderloin! This is one of the most tender cuts of pork, that is quick and easy to cook. These tenderloins take a wide range of flavors and can easily be grilled or oven roasted. Slice the tenderloin into medallions for serving, or you can cook the tenderloin medallions in a pan sauce. Cook to an internal temperature of 145-160°F and enjoy!
