Perfectly grilled chicken breasts are a summer time treat that everyone can enjoy. Use our Buttery Garlic Rump Rub seasoning, and a simple brine to make perfectly grilled and deliciously flavored grilled chicken that your entire family will love. Serve with grilled vegetables for even more grilled flavor.
Pour water into a large bowl, and add salt to make a brine. Whisk until salt is completely dissolved.
Place chicken breasts in a sealed plastic bag and pound flat to about 3/4” thickness for even brining and grilling.
Put chicken breasts in brine & place in refrigerator. Let sit for 1 hour.
Remove chicken breasts from brine and pat dry with a paper towel.
Liberally sprinkle Buttery Garlic Rump Rub on both sides of the Chicken Breasts and rub it into the meat. Let sit while grill is preheating.
Preheat the grill to a medium heat, about 400F, and rub grates with oil.
Place breasts on hot grill, and grill for about 5 minutes per side until the internal temperature reaches 165F.
Remove from grill and enjoy!
