Salmon is one of the most popular seafood items that we stock. It’s richly flavored, full of beneficial fats, and it’s easy to cook. You can simply put the salmon on the grill with a little salt and pepper, or you can use this easy and quick marinade soy & mustard marinade to add a slightly sweet and tangy flavor to the salmon. Do you have a favorite marinade to use on salmon? Let us know, we’d love to hear your tips in the comments below.
Whisk together the soy sauce and honey mustard in a small bowl until evenly mixed. Pour the mixture into a large, sealable plastic bag and add the salmon. Rub the marinade onto all surfaces of the salmon.
Heat a grill to medium heat (375ºF) and set up for direct heat cooking. Lightly oil the grates and once hot, place the marinated salmon fillets on the grill. Cook for 3 minutes per side, only flipping once.
The salmon is done when it easily flakes with a fork. Once done, remove it from the grill and serve with fresh greens and a squeeze of lemon juice. Enjoy!
