  • 1 cup Bread Crumbs
  • wedge Lime (wedges)
  • Vegetable Oil (or your preferred oil for frying)
  • .25 cup Cucumber (diced)
  • .33 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Lemon Juice
  • .125 tsp Dry Mustard
  • 2 Tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  • .25 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tbsp Green Onion

  4. Bread your Perch by (in order) dipping the perch into the flour, eggs, breadcrumbs. Make sure each fillet is completed covered in breadcrumbs.

  5. Drop breaded fillets into the hot oil and fry them until they float and are golden brown.

  6. Mix together all Cucumber Tarter ingredients until thoroughly combined. Set aside to serve with fish.

  7. Place fish & tartar on a plate and garnish with parsley & lime wedges.
