Sangiovese (and all the other names the Italians call it by) is the grape that makes Chianti. It produces wines that have lots of acidity, plenty of earthiness and red fruit flavors.
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Add stew meat, coconut milk, raisins, curry powder and salt to your slow cooker. Stir all the ingredients together, cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 7 hours.
After 7 hours, add frozen vegetables to mixture, stir to mix, increase heat to high and cook for 1 more hour or until the vegetables are tender.
Once vegetables are tender, serve the beef and veggies over rice or couscous and enjoy!
