Salmon is one of our best selling seafood items, and for good reason – it’s healthy, tasty and easy to cook! This Teryaki Glazed Salmon recipe only needs two ingredients and is ready in about 20 minutes. For this recipe, we’re using Soy Vay Teriyaki Marinade & Sauce because it has everything we’d want in a teriyaki marinade (soy sauce, garlic, ginger and sesame seeds) all in one delicious and convenient bottle. You can make your own marinade at home if you’d like, or you can substitute your own favorite teriyaki sauce. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 4 Salmon (can be any size. LGCM has 5-6 oz. fillets)
  • 1 Soy Vey Teriyaki Marinade

Directions

  1. Defrost the salmon, if it is frozen, and put them in a large sealable bag. Pour the Soy Vey marinade into the bag and seal the bag. Work the marinade over all the surfaces of the fish. Once all surfaces are covered, place the fillets onto a aluminum foil lined baking sheet.

  2. Place the sheet and salmon into an oven preheated to 400ºF and bake for about 15 minutes, until the salmon is flaky. Once the salmon is flaky, remove from the oven and serve with more Soy Vey for dipping. Garnish with green onions for color and serve with fresh steamed veggies. Enjoy!
