Country Style Ribs are cut from the rib end of the pork loin. These are meaty, filling ribs that are best cooked low and slow. Unlike Baby Back Ribs, these pork ribs are ribs that you want to use a knife and fork to eat!

Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.
