How to Cook

Pork cutlets are a delicious cut of pork that will get dinner on your plate quickly! We take thin slices of pork and then run them through our tenderizer to make them tender enough to cut with a fork. It’s traditional to bread and fry pork cutlets, but they can take a variety of seasonings, and don’t need to be breaded to be delicious. Be careful though, pork cutlets cook super quickly, so you only need to give them a few minutes per side to cook them through. We recommend using a frying pan or grill to cook them. Enjoy!
