Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Pour the apple cider into a large skillet and add the apple slices, onion sliced and minced garlic. Place the pork cutlets so that they have direct contact with the pan. Season the cutlets with salt, cinnamon and black pepper.
Cover the skillet and cook on medium heat for 4 minutes. Remove the cover, flip the pork and apple slices, and cook for another 4 minutes. The pork should reach 145ºF internal temperature.
Once done cooking, remove the pork from the pot and let sit for 3 minutes before serving. Top the cutlets with the cooked onions, apple slices and sauce from the pot. Enjoy!
