In a pan, combine & sauté vegetables over medium heat for about 6 min. or until tender.
Add cream cheese and heavy cream to the vegetables, stirring until cream cheese has melted.
Stir in sugar, salt and pepper and bring mixture to a boil.
Top the dish with cooked bacon and transfer to a serving bowl.
