Place ribs in bottom of slow cooker.
Add all remaining ingredients to slow cooker and combine until ribs are covered with sauce.
Cook on low for 5-6 hours or until the rib meat pulls away easily from the bones.
If you desire a crisp outside to your ribs, remove from slow cooker, and place under broiler for 2 minutes per side.
Remove ribs from slow cooker, place on plate, pour remaining sauce on top and enjoy! Try serving with Corn Bread, Coleslaw and Southern Greens for a comfort food inspired dinner.
