Our summer intern Mallory has been baking up a storm in our test kitchen, and here is one of her best efforts yet: Bacon Chocolate Chip Cookies! This recipe is a twist on the classic chocolate chip cookie that makes it about 1827% better by adding bacon. The combination of salty bacon and sweet cookies results in a perfectly balanced cookie that you have to taste to believe! What do you think of our recipe? Leave us a rating and comment below!
