Ingredients
- 20 piece LGCM Genoa Salami (sliced)
- 20 piece LGCM Prosciutto (sliced)
- 20 piece Fresh Mozzarella Balls
- 20 piece Green Olives
- 20 piece Cherry Tomatoes
- 20 piece Cheese Tortellini
- 2 cup Italian Dressing
Directions
Boil cheese tortellinis according to the package.
Place one piece of each item on a skewer and place the skewers on a dish suitable for marinating.
After all the skewers are prepared, pour the dressing over them, and let sit for 4-5 hours in a refrigerator before serving.
Remove from marinade, place skewers on a platter and enjoy!
