Enough for approx 15 people
  • 2 lbs LGCM Leahy's Smoked Polish Sausage ( sliced into bite sized pieces)
  • 18 oz Light Beer ( e.g. New Glarus Spotted Cow)
  • 18 oz LGCM BBQ Sauce
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Honey Mustard

Directions

    Cooking Pot Method:

    Add all ingredients except Polish Sausage.

    Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.

  • 4

    Once mixture is rapidly boiling, add Polish Sausage and reduce to a low heat.

    Cook at a low heat for approximately 1 hr until the liquids form a nice glaze over the Polish Sausage.

    Serve with toothpicks in the bite sized pieces and enjoy!

    Crockpot Method:

    Add all ingredients to the crockpot.

    Cook at a medium heat for approximately 2 hr until the liquids form a nice glaze over the Polish Sausage.

    Serve with toothpicks in the bite sized pieces and enjoy!
