Cooking Pot Method:
Add all ingredients except Polish Sausage.
Bring mixture to a boil over medium heat.
Once mixture is rapidly boiling, add Polish Sausage and reduce to a low heat.
Cook at a low heat for approximately 1 hr until the liquids form a nice glaze over the Polish Sausage.
Serve with toothpicks in the bite sized pieces and enjoy!
Crockpot Method:
Add all ingredients to the crockpot.
Cook at a medium heat for approximately 2 hr until the liquids form a nice glaze over the Polish Sausage.
