LGCM / Recipes / Pork Recipes / Campbell’s Creamy Pork Chops
This is a classic recipe that my Mom always made for us when we were growing up and we still enjoy at home today. This recipe from Campbell’s is quick, easy and delicious. It requires just Pork Chops and a can of classic Campbell’s Cream of Mushroom Soup. We got this recipe and image from their website, so thanks to Campbell’s and enjoy the creamy deliciousness of this recipe!
Heat the oil in a 10-inch skillet over medium-high heat. Add the pork and cook until well browned on both sides.
Stir the soup and water in the skillet and heat to a boil. Reduce the heat to low. Cover and cook for 10 minutes or until the pork is cooked through. (LGCM note – 145°F!)
