  • 1/2 bag Tortilla Chips (slightly crushed)

  • 1/2 Green Pepper (sliced)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Clove (minced)

  • 1 Tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic Salt

  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, cook the garlic, bratwurst, onion & green pepper until lightly browned.

  2. Add the salsa, chili powder, black pepper, garlic salt, cumin, cheese & tortilla chips & cook until cheese is melted.

  3. Set the mixture aside in a bowl while you heat up the oil in a skillet.

  4. Place one tortilla shell flat on the heated pan, and spread the filling mixture in the middle of the shell. Place another shell on top of the mixture.

  5. Flip the tortillas when the side facing down is golden brown. Remove when the other side is golden brown.
