  • 16 oz LGCM Chorizo (cooked and chopped)
  • 1 loaf French Bread (sliced)
  • 4 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/4 cup Green Onion (chopped)
  • 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp Paprika
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)


  1. In a pan, sauté the chorizo & green onions in olive oil.

  2. Add the bread and about 1/2 of the chicken broth.

  3. Stir in salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, red wine vinegar, paprika & dried oregano. Add the remaining chicken broth and bring to a boil

  4. Preheat the oven 350F.

  5. In a greased pan add the stuffing mixture and bake for 50-60 minutes or until it becomes slightly crusty.
