Ingredients
- 16 oz LGCM Chorizo (cooked and chopped)
- 1 loaf French Bread (sliced)
- 4 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
- 1/4 cup Green Onion (chopped)
- 3 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Paprika
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Crushed Red Pepper
- 1/2 tsp Oregano (dried)
Directions
- In a pan, sauté the chorizo & green onions in olive oil.
- Add the bread and about 1/2 of the chicken broth.
- Stir in salt, pepper, crushed red pepper, red wine vinegar, paprika & dried oregano. Add the remaining chicken broth and bring to a boil
- Preheat the oven 350F.
- In a greased pan add the stuffing mixture and bake for 50-60 minutes or until it becomes slightly crusty.
