It’s easy to make a delicious batch of Chili with our Reichert Fireman’s Chili spice packets! Just pick up two pounds of your favorite meat, add the seasoning packet, tomato sauce, water, and beans, then simmer and serve. The chili is a crowd pleaser and can be further customized by adding veggies if desired. We recommend using ground beef for this recipe, but you can also use chunks of beef chuck roast or round, or ground turkey! What’s your favorite way to tweak this recipe? Let us know in the comments below!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb Ground Beef (can substitute other meats)
  • 1 Reichert Fireman’s Chili Seasoning Packet (if desired)
  • 16 oz Tomato Sauce
  • 4 cup Water
  • 2 can Kidney Beans

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef. Once browned, drain the grease from the pan.

  2. Add the ground beef to a large soup kettle, then dd the seasoning packet, tomato sauce, water, and beans. Mix together, bring mixture to a boil, then reduce to a simmer. Let simmer for 20 minutes until warmed throughout.

  3. After chili is warm, serve with your favorite chili toppings like cheese, sour cream, green onions, and crackers. Enjoy!
