
Sangiovese
Sangiovese (and all the other names the Italians call it by) is the grape that makes Chianti. It produces wines that have lots of acidity, plenty of earthiness and red fruit flavors.
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Meatballs are great on top of any type of pasta dish, in a soup, or on their own as a party appetizer. Don’t be intimidated by meatballs, follow our simple and easy to prepare meatball recipe, and you’ll have meatballs ready in under 30 minutes. These have a pleasant, but not overwhelming, Italian flavor from our Bulk Italian Sausage. Feel free to customize with your own seasonings to your taste, and please share what works well for you in the comments!
Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Roll the meatballs into the desired size and place on a rack placed on a sheet pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and enjoy!

Syrah (or Shiraz) can be full of ripe red fruits when made in warm climates like Australia, or packed with dark fruit and leather notes when produced in cooler climates. Both styles are delicious and great with food!
