Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Don’t be intimidated by meatballs, follow our simple and easy to prepare meatball recipe, and you’ll have meatballs ready in under 30 minutes. These have a pleasant, but not overwhelming, Italian flavor from our Bulk Italian Sausage. Preheat your oven to 350F.
In a medium bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well.
Roll the meatballs into the desired size and place on a rack placed on a sheet pan.
Bake for 20 minutes or until done.
Remove from oven and enjoy!
