Our Garlic Butter Pork Tenderloin recipe is an easy dinner recipe that only takes one dish to bake in your oven at home! This healthy meal feeds a family of four easily or can be cut in half to make a delicious meal for two. We use melted butter and a house made garlic seasoning to make the garlic butter tenderloin, but you can also use a preseasoned garlic butter pork tenderloin instead. The recipe was a big hit at our house for its rich flavors and how great it smelled while it was baking. Did you make any modifications to the recipe? Let us know in the comments below, we’d love to hear them!
Place pork tenderloins in a 9 x 14 or similar sized baking dish. Brush on all sides with melted butter. Mix together ingredients for house garlic seasoning and liberally season the pork with the mixture.
Add all vegetables to a mixing bowl and then pour in olive oil, salt and pepper. Mix together to coat all vegetables with oil and seasonings. Pour vegetables over pork and arrange them evenly around the pan. Add sprigs of fresh herbs on top of vegetables and pork. Place into an oven preheated to 425ºF and bake for 30-40 minutes.
Once the pork has reached 145ºF and the vegetables are tender, remove the pan from the oven. Let the tenderloin rest for 5 minutes, then slice into medallions. Serve with veggies and garnish with more fresh herbs. Enjoy!
