Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Make a gourmet restaurant quality Garlic Butter Sauce to top your favorite steak, pork chop or chicken breast in the comfort of your home! It’ll cost you a fraction of what the restaurant would charge, and you can serve it on top of LGCM’s meat.
In a small pan, saute the minced garlic in a tsp. of butter over medium heat for approximately 1 minute.
Add the remaining butter, garlic powder, salt & pepper to the pan.
Cook until all the butter is melted.
Pour over cooked steak, roast, chicken or pork.
