Ingredients

  • 4 Tuna Steaks
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil
  • 2 Tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium high heat. While the grill is preheating, combine the lemon juice and olive oil in a large, sealable plastic bag. Place the tuna steaks in the bag, seal the bag, and turn the steaks in the bag to coat with the mixture. Remove from mixture after coating, and season with salt and pepper to your taste.

  2. Once grill is hot, place the grill over direct heat, and cook for 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare. The tuna should be slightly pink in the center. Remove from grill, and let rest for 3 minutes before eating. Enjoy!
