Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Tuna is one of the best seafood items to serve as a steak and is perfect for summer time grilling. Here’s our easy recipe to grill seafood and serve with a delicious, already prepared Cilantro Lime Aioli.
Defrost the tuna by leaving in the refrigerator overnight or by placing in cool water for about 1 hr.
Liberally season the tuna steaks with the Fisherman’s Wharf seasoning on both sides.
Preheat your grill to medium high heat and spray cooking spray on the grates before cooking to prevent sticking.
Grill the tuna for 3 minutes per side, flipping only once.
Remove from grill, top fish with aioli and enjoy!
