
Sangiovese
Sangiovese (and all the other names the Italians call it by) is the grape that makes Chianti. It produces wines that have lots of acidity, plenty of earthiness and red fruit flavors.
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

Happy Halloween! Celebrate a festive dinner with this Halloween Stuffed Pepper recipe. It’s fun and totally kid friendly! Fill the peppers up, and let your kids carve out their favorite shapes. Enjoy year round by using green peppers instead of the orange peppers.
In a pan, brown the ground beef & onion together, and drain.
Add tomato sauce, Worcestershire, rice & water into the mixture. Let simmer for about 15 minutes.
Stir in mild cheddar cheese, and set mixture aside for stuffing.
Cut tops off of peppers and set aside. Clean out the inside of peppers and discard.
Cook cleaned peppers in a pot of boiling, salted water for about 5 minutes, or until they are tender.
Remove peppers from the water, and carve your favorite pumpkin shape into one side
Stuff peppers with warm ground beef and rice mixture, and top with the pepper top for presentation.
Remove pepper top prior to eating and enjoy!
