Holy Guacamole Burger
Celebrate Cinco de Mayo with our Holy Guacamole Burger. We start with our special limited time Salsa Flavored Ground Beef Patties and add Guacamole and Jalapeno for a flavor explosion!
Heat grill to a high heat.
Place patties on the grill and cook until preferred doneness, approximately 4 minutes on each side.
After flipping, place hot pepper cheese on top of burger and let melt.
A few minutes before the burgers are ready to take off the grill, brush buns with melted butter. Place buns on grill until a golden brown.
Separately, put oil in a sauté pan and heat to medium heat.
Place sliced Jalapenos in the pan and cook until they are a nice golden brown, and remove from heat & set aside.
Take and place your burger on top of the bottom of the toasted bun.
Place your sautéed jalapeno peppers on the burger.
Add guacamole on top and place the top part of the bun on and ENJOY!
