In this Recipe

You have to trust me on this one, our Jalapeno Lime Steak Topper is a delicious way to add a bit of kick to a steak. Sear your steak, put a dollop of this topper on and enjoy! This recipe also will work on chicken breasts or as a gameday dip as well.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Butter (at room temp)
  • 1/2 cup Cream Cheese (at room temp)
  • 2 Jalapeño Pepper (finely chopped)
  • 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
  • 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • 1 Avocado (sliced)

Directions

  1. In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except the Avocado, together well.

  2. When your steak is ready to serve place the slice of avocado on top of the steak along with the topper.

  3. Enjoy
