You have to trust me on this one, our Jalapeno Lime Steak Topper is a delicious way to add a bit of kick to a steak. Sear your steak, put a dollop of this topper on and enjoy! This recipe also will work on chicken breasts or as a gameday dip as well.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Butter (at room temp)
- 1/2 cup Cream Cheese (at room temp)
- 2 Jalapeño Pepper (finely chopped)
- 1/4 cup Cilantro (finely chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Lime Juice
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Pepper
- 1 Avocado (sliced)
Directions
In a bowl, mix all ingredients, except the Avocado, together well.
When your steak is ready to serve place the slice of avocado on top of the steak along with the topper.
