Add the vegetable oil to a Dutch oven, and heat to medium high heat. Once hot, add the kielbasa, broccoli, red onion, and garlic, and cook for about 5 minutes until the broccoli and onion is softened.
Add the tomatoes (make sure you don’t drain them!), basil, parsley, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Cover and simmer on low for 10 minutes.
Once the mixture is warmed, uncover the dish, and stir in the cooked pasta. Mix thoroughly and serve warm. Enjoy!
