Sangiovese (and all the other names the Italians call it by) is the grape that makes Chianti. It produces wines that have lots of acidity, plenty of earthiness and red fruit flavors.
Processing closes at 5 PM on weekdays, is open 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM Saturday, and is closed on Sundays.

We love Chili. It’s delicious and is the perfect winter time meal to warm you up when a Polar Vortex is bearing down on you. Follow this recipe, enjoy a hearty bowl of chili and stay warm!
In a medium pot, add the ground beef and brown. Once completely browned drain fat from pan.
To the ground beef add: garlic, oregano, cayenne pepper, cumin, chili powder, salt & pepper and mix. (Note—these are all included in seasoning packet if purchased.)
Add kidney beans, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, yellow onion, green pepper & jalapeno and mix all together.
Once all the ingredients are added cover and bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer and let it cook for about 2-3 hours.
Top with sour cream, shredded cheddar & Fritos and enjoy!
