- LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub
- 2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 stick Butter (softened)
- 4 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Parsley (fresh – chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Thyme (fresh – chopped)

Directions
- Cut butter into small chunks and add to a small bowl. Add garlic, parsley, thyme, and pepper to butter. Mix together with a fork or hand mixer until the ingredients are combined well. Place the butter on a sheet of plastic wrap and roll up into a cylinder. Twist the ends tight and put in the refrigerator to cool and become solid.
- Season your steaks generously with LGCM Ultimate Steak and Roast Rub. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium high heat. Once hot, add steaks and cook for 4-5 minutes per side until the steaks reach 135ºF for medium-rare. Remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve steaks with a scoop of garlic herb butter on top, a baked potato, and fresh vegetables. Use garlic herb butter on top of the vegetables as well. Enjoy!
