Make a delicious Surf and Turf dinner with this Shrimp in Garlic Cream Sauce recipe. Follow these easy directions to make perfectly cooked shrimp in a delicious garlic cream sauce and then put the jumbo size shrimp on top of your favorite steaks.
Heat olive oil and butter in a large saute pan until butter is melted. Add wine, garlic and shallot and cook over medium heat until the garlic and shallot turn clear.
Stir in heavy cream and add in shrimp.
Cook for 3 minutes and then flip shrimp. Continue cooking until shrimp are done (they will turn pink.)
