Liberally season all sides of the boneless pork loin roast with LGCM Ultimate Pork Chop and Roast rub.
Add beer (or apple juice / chicken broth), then red potatoes, then pork, then onions, cabbage, and apples to the slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Once done cooking, remove the boneless pork loin roast from the slow cooker and take off the netting. Separate the two halves and slice each half into thin slices. Serve all the ingredients together, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
