We love slow cookers because they are so convenient and easy to use. Chicken tenders are convenient strips of lean chicken that are super easy to prepare into delicious meals. When you combine the slow cooker with chicken tenders you get an easy and flavorful meal! Our Buffalo Ranch Chicken Tender recipe is so simple that it only needs 3 common ingredients to season the chicken. Just dump all of the ingredients in the slow cooker, let it go for four hours and you’ll have perfect chicken tenders. Use your own hot sauce in this recipe to control how hot you want the recipe to turn out. We used our favorite locally produced sauce – Smokin’ Ts – which has a great balance of kick and flavor. What’s your favorite hot sauce? Do you like a classic like Tabasco or something crazy and unusual? Let us know in the comments below!

Ingredients

  • 12 250 LGCM Chicken Tenders
  • .66 725 Hot Sauce (We used Smokin’ T’s)
  • .5 072 Chicken Broth
  • 1.5 454 Ranch Seasoning Mix (such as “Hidden Valley”)

Directions

  1. Combine hot sauce, chicken broth and ranch seasoning mix in a bowl. Mix together until combined.

  2. Spray your slow cooker with non stick cooking spray and lay the chicken tenders on the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour in the sauce mixture and make sure all sides of the chicken are covered.

  3. Cook for 4 hours on high or until the chicken reaches 165°F. Remove the chicken from the slow cooker and serve with more sauce. Enjoy!
