Ingredients
- 2 lb Leahy’s Angus Beef Steak Meat
- 1 can Tomatoes (diced)
- 2 cup Corn (undrained)
- 2 cup Black Beans (frozen)
- 1 cup Onion (drained)
- 1 package Reichert Taco Seasoning (chopped)
- 1 Tbsp Chili Powder (or 4 oz other taco seasoning)
Directions
- Put beef, tomatoes, onions and chili powder in your slow cooker. Mix them together, cover and cook for 7 hours on low.
- After 7 hours, add in corn, black beans and taco seasoning. Mix together, cover and cook for 1 hour on high.
- Serve on rice with shredded cheese and fresh cilantro for garnish. Other suggested toppings include sour cream or hot sauce. Enjoy!!
