Sunrise Burger Recipe

A proper Breakfast is key to starting your day off right. Enjoy that most crucial of meals twice in one day with our Sunrise Burger. With Bacon and Cheddar in the burger, fried egg, tomato and more cheese, it’s just like an omelet, but in a burger form!


  • 4 patty LGCM Bacon and Cheddar Burger (use regular if you don’t like Bacon and Cheddar)
  • 4 Hamburger Buns
  • 8 slice Tomatoes
  • 4 Fried Eggs
  • 4 slice Cheddar Cheese (substitute Hot Pepper Cheese for a spicy burger)
  • 3 Tbsp Butter
  • Sea Salt
  • Black Pepper


  1. Heat grill to high heat

  2. Place patties on the grill and cook until preferred doneness approximately 4 minutes per side.

  3. A few minutes before the burgers are ready to take off the grill, brush buns with melted butter. Place buns on grill until a golden brown.

  4. While burgers are grilling, heat a skillet to medium & fry each egg, one at a time. Place fried eggs off to side.

  5. While burgers are still on the grill, add the tomatoes, then the fried egg, and top off with a slice of Cheddar Cheese (or Hot Pepper Cheese for a spicier burger).

  6. Once the cheese is melted, remove the burger from the grill, place on top of the toasted bun and enjoy!
