Thai food is becoming more popular in America as more people discover the bright, balanced flavor combinations present in the cuisine. This easy to make recipe uses fresh herbs and sweet chili sauce, a Thai staple, to bring Asian flavors to your home. Ingredients

  • 2 -3 lb LGCM Boneless Pork Loin Roast (cut into 1″ cubes)
  • 1 Yellow Onion (chopped)
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
  • 1 cup String Beans (cut into 1″ lengths)
  • 1 cup Thai Sweet Chili Sauce ((substitute 1/4 cup Sriracha mixed with 3/4 cup Honey if necessary))
  • 1/2 cup Chicken Broth
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1 Tbsp Basil (torn)
  • 1 Tbsp Mint (leaves)
  • 1 Tbsp Cilantro (torn)

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except fresh herbs and cook at low for 4 to 5 hours.

  2. Just before serving, add fresh herbs and check seasoning. Transfer pork and sauce to a serving bowl. Serve over rice or Asian noodles and enjoy!
