Ingredients
- 6 LGCM Taco Bratwursts (peeled open and cooked)
- 8 oz Cream Cheese
- 16 oz Sour Cream
- 1 package Taco Seasoning (1.25 oz)
- 1/2 head Iceberg Lettuce (chopped)
- 1 Tomato (diced)
Directions
- In a sauté pan cut away the casings of the 6 bratwurst & cook like ground beef. Once cooked drain the fat & set the meat aside.
- In a bowl mix together cream cheese, sour cream & taco seasoning until thoroughly combined.
- Take a plate or a dish and spread the cream cheese-sour cream mixture over the plate.
- Layer with the cooked Taco bratwurst, then lettuce, tomato & top it off with the shredded cheddar cheese.
