Beef Short Ribs are commonly found in Asian recipes, and we’ve put together this Asian inspired slow cooker recipe for you to make at home. Combine your favorite Teriyaki and barbecue sauces to season short ribs and then let the magic of the slow cooker happen. Serve over rice with Asian vegetables and enjoy!
- 2 lb Leahy’s Angus Beef Short Ribs
- 2 cup BBQ Sauce
- 1 cup Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 oz Bourbon Whiskey
- Brown Sugar
- Sesame Seeds
Season your short ribs on all sides with salt, pepper and brown sugar.
Combine Teriyaki sauce, BBQ sauce, and bourbon. Pour into the bottom of the slow cooker.
Place short ribs in the slow cooker, fat side up, and cook on low for 8 hours.
Once done cooking, remove short ribs from slow cooker and serve on top of rice. Garnish with sesame seeds and top with more of the Teriyaki BBQ sauce if desired.
