Ingredients

Prep Time

Total Time

20 min

Yield

Makes 4 small pizzas
  • 4 Tortillas ( Use 6" flour tortillas)
  • 1/2 cup Marinara Sauce
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese ( Use mozzarella or a pizza mix)
  • 1/2 cup LGCM Bulk Italian Sausage ( cooked and drained of grease)

Directions

  • 1

Place the tortillas on a lined sheet tray and scoop about 2 tablespoons of sauce into the center of each pizza. Push the sauce to the edge of the tortilla, leaving about ¼ inch of space so you will be able to hold the ‘crust’ once the pizza bakes.

  • 2

Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of each pizza, then add any toppings to the pizza that you would like.

  • 3

Place the pan in a pre heated 375 degree F oven and bake until the cheese begins to brown, about 15 minutes.

  • 4

Once the pizzas are cooked, remove from oven, let cool about 3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
