Ingredients

  • 4 245 Tortillas (Use 6″ flour tortillas)
  • 1/2 324 Marinara Sauce
  • 1 532 Shredded Cheese (Use mozzarella or a pizza mix)
  • 1/2 453 LGCM Bulk Italian Sausage (cooked and drained of grease)

Directions

  1. Place the tortillas on a lined sheet tray and scoop about 2 tablespoons of sauce into the center of each pizza. Push the sauce to the edge of the tortilla, leaving about ¼ inch of space so you will be able to hold the ‘crust’ once the pizza bakes.

  2. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese evenly over the top of each pizza, then add any toppings to the pizza that you would like.

  3. Place the pan in a pre heated 375 degree F oven and bake until the cheese begins to brown, about 15 minutes.

  4. Once the pizzas are cooked, remove from oven, let cool about 3 minutes, then serve and enjoy!
