We’re happy to announce that we won 11 awards at the 2019 Wisconsin Cured Meat Championships! Held on April 5th and 6th in Middleton, WI, the Wisconsin Cured Meat Championships are the largest competition for small meat processors in the United States. Almost 1,000 different products from more than 40 small meat processors are entered, and judged on flavor, aroma, texture, and appearance by expert judges. After exhaustive judging, it was revealed that Lake Geneva Country Meats won 11 award plaques, and achieved 6 honorable mention awards!
