Our Commitment
We stand behind every product we sell. If something isn’t right, we want to know about it, and we’ll make it right.
Perishable Food Products
Due to the nature of fresh and frozen meat, poultry, seafood, and other perishable items, we cannot accept returns on food products. All perishable sales are final.
However, if your order arrives damaged, spoiled, or is not what you ordered, contact us immediately, and we will work with you to resolve the issue. This may include a replacement shipment or a full refund at our discretion.
For shipped orders, please inspect your package upon delivery. If the packaging is damaged or the product has thawed significantly, take photos and contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Non-Perishable Products (Apparel, Merchandise, Seasonings)
We handle returns on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not satisfied with a non-perishable item, contact us, and we’ll work with you to find a fair solution. We’re reasonable people.
Items should be in their original, unused condition. Please reach out to us before sending anything back so we can provide instructions.
Gift Certificates
Gift certificates are non-refundable and have no expiration date. Gift certificates can be used for any in-store retail purchase (no processing orders or shipping orders) at Lake Geneva Country Meats.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

• A description of the issue
• Photos of any damage (for shipped orders)

Refund Processing
Once we’ve agreed on a resolution, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been issued.
